I made my family a huge feast for breakfast, Luke and the girls even came to eat. It was such a wonderful christmas, I only wish mom didnt have to work so she couldv'e been here to eat and open gifts with us..

Remi got her itouch that she really wanted and so far she hasnt put it down! she also got lots of hello kitty things!

My future Rainy Swift, PawPaw gave her his old guitar it is 40 years old from Germany but she is thrilled to learn to play! plus she got her bed topper that is where is spends most her time so I thought why not make it comfy for her lol..

reagan and her LOOT she loves the bean bag chair and her magazines, she was the eaisiest to shop for I knew it wouldnt take much to make her happy, oh she LOVES her just dance 2 wii game.

the Little Smiths stayed the night, Mom didnt because she had to be at work early the next morning :(

1 week from today and it will all be over

Took a trip to my sisters last night, SCARY drive home, it was raining like crazy, foggy, cold, I was really nervous but made it home. We went to the mall while we were there, I cannot belive how NOT in the mood to shop I am this year, I do not seem to like spending money on gifts that I dont know people will love. I dont want to just buy things to buy them I want to be sure the recipient will LOVE them, I want something that the person will say WOW she really thought of me and took time to get me something I could use or enjoy! SO looks like I wont be buying that much this year! I did get a beautiful new entertainment center for the living room. I am so proud of myself too, I have been wanting something for about 5 years to make our living room a room not just a place to watch tv but to make it feel like a house. the tv has always beedn just floating in the room with DVD player and Direct tv box balanced on the top at any moment looking like they might fall off! Now it looks like something you would see in a grown-ups house. I am proud of it! Even more proud of what it cost me, I found it on craigslist for $200.00 the guy delivered it and set it up for another $20.00. Worked out perfect, Casey had to work 3 doubles in a row and with Christmas around the corner I wanted it the room before we have guest over. oh and with the rain coming it would be hard to move without getting it soaked. We are setting it up the rest of the way today and filling it up!

Ok yes we are a little goofy! Picked up a santa suit for my craft fair, and couldnt resist Casey trying it on.. He looks so adorable..
Tomorrow is my big craft fair. I am nervous about how this will turn out but so excited! I have 28 people signed up to sell. I will get there early to decorate a littlle and make sure the tables are out of the way.. Gonna be warm, no wind, and hopefully lots of shoppers!! Will post pictures!

27 days till Christmas

Had a nice 4 days off, not back to school for the kids, and the countdown begins, 15 school days till they are off for Christmas break.. Remi and Reagan are fighting like crazy these days, Reagan thinks she is the boss and Remi likes to show her who is boss.. Rainy and Remi didnt fight like this, Rainy just let Remi think she was in charge and everyone was happy.

Did some blackfriday shopping, next year will be at the stores at midnight, 4 am is way to late to get the deals.. Casey was in line at target at 3:50.. waited 2 hours for a gift :( saved about 50.00 so not too bad.

Oh I started drinking coffee!! what was I thinking, this stuff is worse than crack, (not like I have taken crack) but 1 time at my sisters I have a cup and next thing I know I out stocking the stores for a deal with a coffee pot with a timer!!

Got my new dishes I went FIESTA. I am so happy with it, I have wanted "grown up" dishes for a while! I bought 8 different colors 2 sets of four and 1 set of the other 4 colors. I cant wait to get more!!!

So much going on, we moved my sister moved, and getting settled in. LOVE our new house, working on making it home..

I have super busy with crafts, the church and the kids school, seems like I have something going on everyday of the week.. Rainy did her 2nd year in volleyball, Remi just finished her 2nd year in soccer. Reagan is cheering for the first time and still tap dancing. I am going to post a bunch of pictures.. These are mostly so I can rememver when they were taken. Fall 2010 has been one for the books for us. Casey has worked a crazy amount at work some weeks 80 hours or more. He has had maybe 2 days off in the past month. The over time is good but not good for getting projects done around here.

I had my first craft fair and had so much fun I am hosting my OWN for the womens ministy for our church. Pray things go well, I would love to do this once or twice a year for the womens ministry! Tonight I am doing stockings for the angel tree, I have about 5 or 6 women meeting me at the church, I enjoyed it so much last year, I wanted to do it again this year.

Update 7-24-2010

WOW summer is headed to an end, the kids go back to school in 17 days, this is the hardest time on the year for me, I enjoy my summer so much, spending so much time with my kids, we have had 1 of the best summers ever. No little babies to be tied down with, I only have my nieces every other week so they are not getting burned out with eachother. There is still alot I wish we could do but we have had a great time sleeping in, staying up late, swimming, watching movies, swimming, hanging out, swimming, and more swimming. seems like we have been out in the pool most of the summer, since there is no air conditioner in the house it is too hot to be cooped up in here so we head out to the pool.. get the kids tired out, we take a rest, and the day is pretty much over.

Casey has been working more than he has ever worked before, he worked 96 hours in 7 days a couple weeks ago! that was a really tough week but I am really proud of him for pulling thru. He is averaging 3-4 doubles and a saturday or sunday once a week.. It is really helping getting our bills paid and a little set aside. I have been house hunting and so far not much luck, we put in 1 offer but I doubt we will get it. that would be too easy if we did.. it is a 4 bedroom 2 bath, with a beatiful pool, and it is just around the corner from this house. I could be happy there I think oh the best thing is the price 155,000.. they were asking 139,000 so we offered 155,000.. it needs a little work, like to build my scrapbook room in the garage, but there is plenty of room for it and still park my van in there.. there is also rv parking on the side of the house if Casey ever gets the boat he wants.. Just a thought..

OK Rainy leaves for camp tomorrow for a week so I am on my own next week.. we are going to the water park on wednesday, and watch the play in the park tuesday or thursday..

Have to start BTS shopping soon too!

Remi is sick today so we didnt do much but relax..

Casey surprised me by getting me a new Dooney purse and wallet.. It is gorgeous!!! Red leather, HUGE size and the strap is perfect lenght for me! I LOVE IT, I have wanted a red purse for a few years, just never found the right one!! I will post pics soon!

My Little Girl is 15...

WOW half way to 30 as one of her friends pointed out yesterday, I can hardly believe it, she is a happy go lucky kid, easy going, level headed, helpful, smart, loves Jesus, and the list goes on and on. I am so proud of her and glad I am her mom. Here is a couple pictures from today, We had a fun pool party, she had a few girlfriends spend the night, they stayed up way too late watching movies and talking. I hope she remembers this day when she is older..

October Road Paper review/haul

OK my first scrapbook video loaded and ready! WOW what a challenge but fun! I am ready to give this thing a go.. My goal is 1 video a week a card or a layout how to video, OR a haul video I seem to do more shopping than creating lol.. Thanks for looking!!

Summer time!

Summer is here this week, been nice and hot and we've been swimming alot, Casey has been on his vacation for the past 2 weeks, we have had a good time, went to Disney, cars got washed, he fished a few days, had 3 birthdays, well 1 tomorrow.. and cleaned the blinds in the kitchen, I have been scared they would get ruined if I took them down and scrubed them but to my surprise they turned our wonderfully! I am so proud of myself getting those cleaned up!

I have been purging this house of so much stuff! I got rid of a ton of old scrapping stuff I no longer use, that feels so awesome! I felt guilty using new stuff when there was perfectly good old stuff, but it was no longer my style or I just couldnt "do anything" with it.

Just Because Cards Cartridge

OK I am in LOVE with this fun cartridge thought I would share what I have been working on! These only took me a few hours to make, I am thinking about doing every card in the handbook for fun!

Disney books

Here is 2 Disney books I did for a friend, she gace me the pictures and I came up with the pages, i used the cricut quite a bit but cheated on a few pages and bought the stickers lol.. She loved it and I am sure the kids will too later. I was alot of fun making it!! It is a bit challenging doing 8x8 pages, I am use to 12x12 I can fit alot on those!
